The BNC Ranch goals are to maximize the genetic quality of the resident whitetail bucks. Not all bucks are available for harvest. You should see many deer on each hunt. There might be bucks that are excellent quality, but we have elected to protect them as breeding bucks and to allow them another year or two for maximum antler development. This will enhance future hunts. Your guide will inform you as to which deer are protected from hunting, based on our ranch policy. All of the bucks pictured on the web site border are from the 2003 deer season. There are other mature bucks available for hunting that meet our criteria of a trophy buck, but were camera shy and were seen only a couple of times. They did not stand long enough for a photo.
